THE RAINBOW COLLECTION

The artworks are contemporary photography with digital painting, presented as giclée prints, made into limited editions, and signed by Derbyshire artist photographer Nigel Tissington

INSPIRATION

The images are based on exploring patterns and colours found in nature, especially woodland and flora, and are derived from original photography by Nigel Tissington. The colours and shapes are enhanced by digital graphics and painting, to produce a distinctive style

PRINTING

The prints are crafted by Nigel Tissington at the Mill Photography Studio in Darley Abbey Mills, Derby. They are made with an eight-colour pigment printer, using fine art paper which has a vibrant white base. This gives exhilarating colours and archival permanence for the pigments

PRESENTATION

The pictures are presented as a twelve inch square image, printed with a grey and white border, onto sixteen square inch paper. They are then hand-framed into a semi-matt metallic silver finish moulding, which perfectly compliments the grey border

LIMITED EDITION

Each image is printed as a limited edition of twenty, has a certificate of authentication, and is signed and numbered by the artist

YOUR DISPLAY

Individually: the images are effective individually: choose a colour to compliment or contrast with your setting
